2. Service Overview

BlindTip is a platform for collecting anonymous feedback. Users can create feedback requests and optionally offer rewards to reviewers. Reviewers can provide insights without revealing their identity.

3. Data & Accounts

To use BlindTip as a creator, you must create an account. This involves storing your email address, password, and other relevant information to help manage your requests, track rewards, and facilitate secure communication and transactions.

Reviewers do not need to create an account or provide identifying information to participate. If a reviewer voluntarily provides an email address in order to receive a reward, that address is used temporarily during the reward review and distribution process. Once the reward has been processed, the email is not retained by BlindTip. We do not store reviewer emails permanently or associate them with feedback submissions.

4. Reviewer Anonymity

Reviewers who do not enter an email address remain fully anonymous to BlindTip. No personally identifiable information is collected, stored, or linked to their submissions in these cases.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content they submit, including ensuring it does not violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain harmful material. If you offer rewards, you are responsible for honoring them in a timely and fair manner.

6. Financial Transactions

Users who create feedback requests with rewards may be required to provide financial details for payment processing. This information is handled through secure third-party services. BlindTip does not store your payment data on our own servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

BlindTip is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee outcomes, reward eligibility, or reviewer accuracy.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Reviewer Feedback and Legal Waiver

By using BlindTip, you acknowledge and agree that all feedback received through the platform is provided anonymously and for informational purposes only. You agree not to pursue legal action, claims, or investigations against BlindTip, any reviewer, or any other party based on the content of feedback you receive.

BlindTip does not disclose the identity of reviewers and takes steps to redact any personally identifying information before making feedback available. Attempting to uncover, identify, or pursue individuals who submitted feedback is strictly prohibited and a violation of these terms.

You accept that some feedback may be critical or unwelcome and that you assume full responsibility for how you interpret and act upon it. BlindTip provides no warranty regarding the accuracy, tone, or usefulness of reviewer input.
