For reviewers, we do not require or collect any identifying information unless a reviewer chooses to provide an email address in order to receive a reward.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the BlindTip platform
• Verify account ownership and handle logins securely
• Process and deliver rewards
• Communicate with users about their activity or support requests

Reviewer email addresses—if provided—are used solely for reward processing and are not stored long term. Once a reward has been issued or denied, the associated email is removed from our system.

3. Anonymous Feedback

BlindTip is designed to preserve anonymity. We do not link reviewer identities to feedback submissions, and we take active steps to redact any identifying information that may be included in user-submitted content. Users should expect all feedback to be anonymous.

4. Analytics and Usage Data

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how our platform is used and to improve our services. This analytics system is configured with privacy-first settings:

• No cookies are stored on your device
• All data collection is anonymous and cannot be linked to individual users
• IP addresses are anonymized to protect your location privacy
• No personally identifiable information is collected or tracked
• Data is used solely for understanding platform usage patterns and improving user experience

The analytics data helps us understand which features are most useful and how we can make BlindTip more effective for anonymous feedback exchange, while maintaining complete user privacy.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Sensitive data, such as passwords and payment information, is handled securely and never stored in plaintext.

6. Reviewer Privacy Commitment

If you submit feedback as a reviewer without providing an email, we collect no information that could be used to identify you. If you do enter an email for reward purposes, it is retained only temporarily and is not linked to your feedback. After processing, the email is deleted from our system. BlindTip does not maintain reviewer profiles, logs, or identities on our servers.

Reviewers are never expected to provide identifying information, and users are prohibited from attempting to discover the identity of a reviewer.
